House Expectations
Alcohol- and drug-free, on and off the property.
Random drug and alcohol testing, plus testing when there's a concern.
10 pm Sunday to Thursday, 12 am Friday and Saturday. Overnight passes available after 30 days, with approval.
Visitors in shared spaces only, during visiting hours. No overnight guests.
At least 3 recovery meetings or support activities a week.
One weekly house meeting. Attendance required.
Every resident shares in keeping the home clean.
Working, in school, volunteering, or actively job-searching within 30 days of move-in.
Prescribed medications welcome, including medication for recovery, when taken as prescribed and stored securely.
No violence, threats, or weapons. Respect for every resident.
Paid on time each month.
Full house rules and policies are reviewed during admissions.
Who SageSpace Is For
SageSpace is designed for women who are seeking a stable, recovery-focused home environment and are ready to take greater responsibility for their day-to-day lives.
SageSpace is peer-run housing, not clinical treatment.
Residents are responsible for their own personal care, meals, medications, appointments, transportation, and recovery activities.
